About this pathway

Four licensed medical traditions — Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Practitioners are addressed as "Dr." and can prescribe within their system. Same school foundation as MBBS or Nursing. Step inside, see what each tradition is really like, and choose your path.

1

Foundations

School ages · 12–18

Take the PCB stream — Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Biology is the critical subject. These are licensed medical practices with the same school foundation as MBBS or Nursing.

2

Undergraduate degree

Ages 18–23

Four parallel degrees, each rooted in a distinct tradition. Pick one based on the system you want to practice. Graduates are addressed as "Dr." and can prescribe within their tradition.

  • a
BAMS, BHMS, BNYS — via NEET in India. TCM admission requirements vary.
  • b
Non-UG routes — diplomas and certificates exist for specific techniques (yoga, acupuncture), but licensed practice requires the full degree.
3

★ Your journey in this game ★

A short, hands-on look at what it's actually like to work in Alternative Medicine.

Read a human body the way a practitioner would. Spend a day in three different clinics. Step into a practitioner's shoes for a few real moments from their day — a sceptical patient, a tough referral, a parent who wants antibiotics now. Weigh the pay against the impact across fifteen years. Trace the route from Class 12 to private practice. Meet people who've walked it.

When you've seen enough, head to the Debrief. No scores. No "you'd be perfect for…" verdict at the end. Just a closer look at four careers most people only know from the outside — so you can decide for yourself.
